Video Creative
Paris, France
Health can’t wait.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🎥 The Video Creative Job
Video is core to Alan’s content strategy for 2026 and beyond. We're building a content engine that turns Alan into a recognisable, culturally relevant brand on the future of health, not a generic insurance company. The Video Creative role sits inside the Brand team and works closely with Social, Content, Design, and AI Ops to turn Alan into a brand people actively love and follow.
We're looking for a hands-on, social-native Video Creative. Someone who can invent, edit, design formats, and build a scalable distribution system. You'll architect repeatable, recognisable formats that compound over time, and the production workflows that turn one production into dozens of touchpoints across platforms and markets.
You'll have real ownership over what gets made and how it scales. Social is something you master: hooks, retention, opening frames, captions, thumbnails. You know why people stop scrolling, and you build for that.
Your primary success goal is to grow Alan's brand reach and awareness through video. You'll own format creation and the distribution engine in sync with our Social Media team: defining what we make, how often, for which platforms, and how each piece is sliced and re-served to maximise reach. You'll track performance by format and channel (retention, saves, shares, comments, engagement rate), double down on what compounds, and kill what doesn't.
What you'll do:
Design formats that scale. Build recurring, recognisable formats (interviews, series, member stories, behind-the-scenes) with a clear POV, a defined look, a cadence, and a distribution plan from day one.
Edit with a social-native craft. Cut shorts, long-form, podcasts, and brand pieces with a sharp instinct for hooks, retention, pacing, and thumbnails — 45-second cuts that hold and 20-minute episodes that get clipped.
Build the distribution engine. Turn one production into many outputs across formats and languages, with the workflows and templates to publish at volume without losing quality.
Turn what we already have into more. Repurpose existing content (events, brand films, member stories) into formats native to TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. One asset should become five.
Use data to inform what to make next. Read performance signals (retention, saves, shares, engagement) with the Social team to sharpen the next round — data informs the work, the algorithm doesn't dictate it.
Use AI to move faster, not lower the bar. Plug into our pipeline (Scenario, Remotion, ElevenLabs) to remove repetitive work, prototype, localise, and scale — without lowering the craft bar.
You'll work closely with the Brand crew, Social Media Manager, Design team, and AI Ops, and partner with local marketing teams in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada to make sure our formats travel and adapt across markets.
🌟 Is it you we're looking for?
Must-haves:
4+ years experience in video production or content creation, with a strong reel of social-native work
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Strong editing craft: expert in at least one tool (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut), with a sharp sense of pacing and sound design.
Social-native understanding: you think in hooks, retention, and thumbnails, and you know what makes someone stop scrolling.
Format creation: you've designed recurring shows or formats from scratch and can explain why they worked.
Distribution-first mindset: you plan cutdowns and platform variants before the shoot, not after.
Lean shooting: solid camera and lighting fundamentals; you can run a small shoot solo or with one assist.
Data-aware: you use performance signals to decide what to make next, without letting the algorithm dictate the work.
AI-curious mindset: fast to experiment with AI tools to remove repetitive work and scale output without lowering the bar.
Based close to Paris, to document key events and behind-the-scenes moments
Strong ownership mentality with focus on shipping
Collaborative across brand, design, social, and external talent
Nice-to-haves:
On-camera presence: comfortable hosting, presenting, or being the face of recurring formats. Unlocks a whole category of content if you have it.
Podcast production experience (video and audio)
Hands-on experience with gen-AI video, voice, music, or image tools
Motion, 3D, or post-production skills (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender)
Knowledge of Spanish or Dutch
