As a Revenue Operations Manager at Boosted.ai, you will sit at the center of our growth machine. You’ll translate strategy into scalable processes, lead the configuration and governance of our HubSpot stack, and drive alignment across GTM teams. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and operate both tactically and strategically.
What You’ll Do
- Own the GTM Stack (HubSpot + Integrations)
- Serve as the go-to expert and administrator for HubSpot: configuration, workflows, lead scoring, lists, sequences, pipelines, lifecycle stage logic, custom objects, reporting, etc.
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize lead-to-revenue workflows, handoffs, and automation across teams.
- Monitor and enforce data integrity and field governance.
- Integrate HubSpot with adjacent tools such as sales engagement, contract management, and support systems, ensuring seamless lead and data flow across platforms.
- Lead adoption of HubSpot best practices and governance across GTM teams, including training, playbooks, and ongoing support.
- Drive Process + Cross-Functional Enablement
- Map, document, and optimize core GTM processes such as lead routing, qualification, handoff, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a liaison across marketing, sales, and customer success to identify friction points and drive alignment.
- Enable forecasting, quota setting, territory planning, and pipeline reviews by creating dashboards, models, and analytical support.
- Provide insights and recommendations on funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue risks.
- Lead Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports on funnel metrics, conversion rates, velocity, churn/expansion, and ARR growth.
- Partner with GTM and finance leads to develop models and forecasts, highlight gaps, and challenge assumptions.
- Use data to diagnose performance problems, recommend solutions, and track the impact of changes over time.
- Automation, Innovation & Scalability
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement GTM tooling, automation, AI, or data enrichment solutions to accelerate efficiency and scale operations.
- Serve as a steward over the GTM tech stack, maintaining integrations, API workflows, and architectural planning.
- Identify opportunities for process or technology improvements and manage cross-functional projects to execute them.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity and defining priorities and systems from the ground up.
What Success Looks Like (Metrics / KPIs)
- Healthy, predictable pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
- Increased productivity across marketing, sales, and customer success (fewer manual tasks, faster handoffs)
- High system adoption and low data error rates
- Reduction in lead leakage, cycle times, and friction points
- Improved expansion and retention performance
- Clear ROI and impact from new tool or automation launches
