You’ll lead the end-to-end product development process by collecting and prioritizing requirements, writing detailed user stories, and working closely with UX designers to create intuitive and effective designs. You will plan and manage sprints, ensuring timely and high-value delivery through collaboration with the development team, and regularly groom the backlog to keep priorities clear and aligned with strategic objectives. You will communicate updates to stakeholders and help the team scope tasks to meet deadlines. You will present new features to clients and internal teams, analyze product usage data, and monitor development metrics to inform ongoing improvement. Additionally, you’ll support product launches by producing release notes and creating feature guides.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to transform the wealth management industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a long-term product roadmap that aligns strategic goals with client commitments.
- Collecting, prioritizing, and documenting functional requirements to guide development.
- Writing user stories and development requirements with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating with UX designers to create innovative designs and style guides.
- Planning and executing sprints to meet development timelines and objectives.
- Grooming the development backlog to ensure high-value delivery.
- Communicating development requirements clearly to the development team.
- Assisting the development team in breaking down and scoping development tasks.
- Tracking sprint execution and adjusting priorities as needed.
- Updating stakeholders on sprint execution and progress.
- Organizing and participating in end-of-sprint demos to showcase progress.
- Tracking and analyzing development metrics to monitor progress.
- Analyzing product usage data to derive insights and guide future development.
- Demoing the product and presenting new features to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and prospects.
- Writing release notes and supporting the production of feature guides and videos.

- Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial mindset, helps to shape functional area goals, constantly learning. Shows an interest in learning how other functional areas within the organization operate and identifies ways to collaborate more effectively cross-functionally.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS (Fintech preferred), coupled with a Post Secondary Degree.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary agile environment, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to partner with employees and clients from diverse academic, technical, and industrial backgrounds.
- High level of proficiency with JIRA, Notion, Google Suite, Slack
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written communication skills related to JIRA tickets and documenting processes and features.
- Highly Determined. A natural curiosity to figure out how things work and a strong technical aptitude to understand d1g1t’s product offerings.
- Ideally holds one of the following certifications:
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Nice to have:
- Experience in wealth management industry.
- Experience working with the d1g1t platform is a bonus!
- Experience in a start-up tech company.
