We are building a new AI-native venture in the investment banking space. We’re rethinking how advisory work gets done by embedding AI across the end-to-end deal lifecycle. Our platform aims to empower experienced advisors and bankers to focus on the parts of a deal that really matter.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this venture from inception to scale. The CEO will shape and execute the vision, build a world-class team, and establish the company as a category-defining player in modern financial advisory.

The Opportunity

Investment banking remains one of the last major professional services categories largely untouched by automation. Deals are still executed through labor-intensive workflows that are slow and expensive, leaving clients and bankers to rely on manual processes.

We see a major opportunity to build a modern AI-native platform focused on helping business owners sell their business, while ensuring owners get access to senior experienced advisors to maximize exit outcomes.

This venture has been significantly de-risked, with a developed product thesis, validated unit economics, and encouraging early signals from prospective clients, advisors, partners, and investors.

Who We Are Looking For

We are assembling a dream team of entrepreneurs, technologists, and financial experts, and we are now seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the venture through its next stage of growth. If you are up for it, you will:

• Build and lead a high-caliber founding team across product, engineering, and GTM functions
• Execute on existing enterprise partnerships and bring the MVP to market
• Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
• Build relationships with clients, advisors, and strategic partners
• Lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
• Drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance

Background & Experience

• Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0→1 product launches
• Strong experience in investment banking, capital markets, or M&A space
• Proven track record leading a business as CEO, GM, or senior executive with P&L ownership
• Deep understanding of M&A processes and experience leading deal sourcing
• A strong senior network within the investment banking community
• Strong communication skills with credibility at the C-Suite level
• Experience raising venture capital or strategic funding
