Your role as Operational Support Specialist
This opening is for the Operational Support Specialist team. Reporting to Andrea Obas, the mission of the Operational Support Specialist is to ensure the seamless turnover of our telemedicine platform. This role involves managing patient flows, overseeing staff numbers, and providing crucial support to both staff and members, addressing potential technical issues. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our telemedicine services.
What you'll be doing
- Patient Flow Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily turnover of the telemedicine platform.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
Real Time Workforce Management:
- Monitor and manage staff numbers to meet operational demands.
- Collaborate with WFM to address staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
Technical Support:
- Provide support to staff and members facing potential technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain uninterrupted service.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with different departments to address operational challenges.
- Implement and maintain procedures to optimize the telemedicine platform's daily operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes.
- Generate reports to track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Proven experience in operational support or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
