What you will be doing

You will be part of our Client Service Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will:

• Provide help and support to customers concerning their insurance.
• Manage existing customers, focusing on increasing sales through cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
• Promote and sell HD’s products by effectively communicating their benefits and features to customers.
• Assist customers by providing product and service information.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Assist with potential customer complaints.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist in the development of different projects within the company.

What we are looking for

• No previous experience necessary (entry-level).
