Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are looking for an outstanding Mid-Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 2-years’ experience to be part of our Operational Analytics team driving data-informed strategic decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Gain a deep understanding of company data.
• Use quantitative analysis and data mining to provide robust insights across company functions.
• Suggest, analyze, monitor and review key metrics to assess end-to-end company performance.
• Build, maintain and own informative and insightful reports and dashboards.
• Design frameworks to test hypotheses and provide recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Work along with the team on the improvement of reporting effectiveness.
• Liaise with other teams to assess and improve current business processes.
• Coordinate with our Datawarehouse team to ensure access to all necessary data and secure data quality.
• Stay up-to-date on new tools and best practices and educate team.
