Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are looking for a meticulous Sales Administrator professional to help us provide an awesome experience to our partners by being the point of contact between the partners and the company and by keeping track of important data.
What you will be doing
You will be part of our Business Development Team and communicate with brokers and clients via email or phone calls. More specifically, you will:
· Function as a mediator between the partners and the company for any matters that may arise.
· Assist brokers with system/process issues
· Process changes requests after issuance (endorsements, cancellations, BM changes)
· Coordinate with the Product Team regarding any platform issues that may occur.
· Facilitates renewal processes with brokers
· Provide policy copies, certificates and proof of insurance at the client’s requests
· Handle the Broker’s portal administration.
· Provide support via phone call for any inquiries regarding policies from customers
What we are looking for
· Basic knowledge of insurance distribution processes
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Fluent in English.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Tech-savvy.
· Business-oriented.
· Certificate of Completion of Initial Professional Training for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distributors, Executive Manager Professional Category is considered a plus.

· Monthly gross salary range is 6.500,00 to 12.000,00 RON (x12 months).
