🙌🏼 About the role:

We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and being on the front lines with our customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our customers throughout their journey and solving problems quickly and empathetically. You’ll make sure every interaction leaves a positive impact.
But your role goes beyond support: you’ll see every customer interaction as a chance to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and propose scalable solutions that enhance our processes and elevate the overall experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Tech, and Operations—to drive initiatives that benefit both our customers and the business. If you're organized, detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love thinking about how to automate and optimize support for long-term success, we’d love to meet you!

🚀 At Kontempo you’ll get to:

Provide ongoing follow-up and support to customers and prospects, addressing questions and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of their relationship with Kontempo.
Analyze each case in depth to deliver personalized solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
Document processes and create support materials such as FAQs, internal knowledge bases, and customer service manuals to strengthen customer operations and improve team efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate support and service workflows, proposing and implementing improvements.
Create, maintain, and improve communication templates, automated flows, and standardized messaging for various customer touchpoints.
Follow internal processes and policies with transparency, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
Foster collaboration and communication between the Customer Experience team and other departments at Kontempo to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

😊 What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in customer service and back-office operations, ideally within banks, Fintechs, or SOFOMs.
Proven ability to map, document, and optimize processes, workflows, and presentations to boost operational efficiency.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, focused on deeply understanding and anticipating customer needs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, propose meaningful improvements, and turn support data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customer profiles and cross-functional teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, fast-changing environment with ease.
A collaborative attitude and a desire to contribute to building exceptional customer experiences at scale.
