We’re searching for a Growth Marketer to join Pearler’s Growth and Marketing team. Working alongside internal marketing, product, engineering teams and external agencies/resources, you’ll find ways to scale growth and bring campaigns to life. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll manage growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, with autonomy to innovate and support to execute, collaborating with founders, engineers and content creators. Your responsibilities include: Strategise and execute data-driven acquisition across channels; Manage rollout of marketing and growth campaigns; Identify and test new growth ideas; Deliver performance insight through analytics; Manage and optimise paid media (e.g., Facebook, Google Search, YouTube); Work with brand partners to maximise partnerships; Improve onboarding, activation, and retention via email, in-app/push, and content; Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimise performance. Your skills should include: 3+ years experience in a high-performance environment with growth/marketing experience (high growth tech/startups a plus); Strong communicator with experience working with product and engineering; Highly creative with a bias to action; Driven self-starter; Experience with CRMs and email campaigns; Experience in A/B testing, funnel and landing page optimisation, and data analysis; Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; Additional skills in design, content, PPC/SEO, analytics or coding are a plus; General awareness of social media trends and channels; While the role is remote, the ideal candidate is based in Sydney for occasional in-person time with the team.
