Key Responsibilities: lead design, development, testing and deployment across the stack; lead technical architecture/design and data flow decisions; balance speed and quality; take proactive product ownership supporting customer service/design to solve problems and improve the app.Target Qualifications: 4+ years professional experience, incl. 1+ year in senior/lead/architect role; worked 6+ months in a company with <50 staff; strong CS fundamentals, data structures and algorithms; experience designing/building fault‑tolerant systems using cloud (e.g., AWS); solid understanding of SQL databases and API design (REST/GraphQL); strong ReactJS (Next.js) and React Native; excellent communication.Compensation Range: $150,000–$200,000 p.a.
