Key Responsibilities- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across our tech stack.- Architecture & Design: Implement technical plans, making critical decisions about system architecture and data flow.- Balancing Speed and Quality: Able to correctly identify how to approach technical and product problems in ways that balance a high quality robust outcome whilst also moving at a fast pace.- Product Ownership: Taking proactive responsibility to assist the team in solving problems or making improvements to our app Target Qualifications- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months in a mid-level role or similar capacity.- Worked for more than 6 months in a company of less than 50 head staff.- Demonstrated a sound understanding of fundamental computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms.- Solid understanding of modern SQL database systems and API design principles (REST, GraphQL).- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.Compensation Range- $110,000 p.a. to $150,000 p.a.
