The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI Solutions Manager to join our Data & AI organization and serve as the connective tissue between business teams, data scientists, and engineering. This role will help scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI/ML products across Pricing, Risk, Claims, GTM, and Sales—ensuring that every model we build is valuable, usable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

You will co-lead domain squads alongside data science and MLOps partners, translating KPIs into AI problem statements, aligning cross-functional roadmaps, and driving AI/ML product delivery from idea to production.

This is a hybrid position based out of New York.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the product owner for AI/ML initiatives in one or more business domains (e.g., Pricing, Risk, Claims), translating business goals into technical objectives
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and domain experts to deliver AI/ML features and insights that drive measurable impact (e.g., conversion uplift, loss ratio improvement)
• Define and prioritize AI use cases, model development pipelines, and operational research initiatives based on expected business value
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional rituals for domain AI squads
• Act as the “voice of the business” in technical conversations—ensuring AI products are explainable, practical, and governed
• Define and track product-level success metrics for AI systems, including both predictive performance and downstream business KPIs
• Support exception handling and trust-building by championing transparency, ethics, and responsible AI practices
• Facilitate model lifecycle planning with MLOps and Data Engineering, including re-training schedules, feedback loops, and technical debt tracking
• Help standardize documentation, stakeholder education, and operational rollout plans for AI/ML products
• Enable end-user adoption of ML-powered features by collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Product Design
• Report progress, risks, and value creation to executive stakeholders across Data, Tech, and Business functions
• Stay current on AI product management trends and bring best practices in agile delivery, experimentation, and AI innovation into the team

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics strategy, or applied data science—ideally within a technology or fintech/insurance company
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering technical products that meet business goals
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, lifecycle, and tools (you don’t need to code, but you should know what a model pipeline is)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to bridge technical and business teams
• Experience working with Pricing, Risk, or Claims teams in a data-driven or product-oriented role
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, manage complex roadmaps, and drive structured decision-making
• Bonus: Experience in operations research, AI governance, or model explainability frameworks

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $175,000 - $190,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
