Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. The platform is API-based consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining Tuum customer-facing documentation that allows our customers to understand how to use the Tuum system via APIs and a graphical user interface. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing abilities, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the capacity to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and write user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, and other instructional materials.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product specifications.
- Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Create diagrams and flowcharts and generate ideas for illustrations to enhance documentation and improve user comprehension.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to Tuum's technical writing conventions.
- Review and edit documents created by other team members for clarity and quality.
- Update and maintain existing documentation based on product changes or user feedback.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in technical writing to keep Tuum's customer-facing documentation relevant.
Our expectations
- Proficient writing skills in English and bachelor's degree in technical communication, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, programming languages, and tools is a plus.
