Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based, consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.
Launched in 2019, Tuum is headquartered in Tallinn and is backed by investors including BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures, and CommerzVentures.
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function through our next stage of growth. You will take ownership of Tuum’s brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You have the freedom to build your own team of people. This is a unique opportunity to establish an innovative marketing team within a scale-up that has a market-leading product.
You will work closely with all leadership roles and report to the CRO. You will have a very large impact on how Tuum is perceived in the market, on our demand generation, and you will help us ensure that marketing has a direct, measurable impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Building
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including yourself, across digital marketing, content creation and product marketing, partner marketing, and event management.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute Tuum’s global marketing strategy, aligned with our commercial goals and company goals.
  • Grow our brand recognition, ensuring Tuum is recognized as an innovative technology leader in core banking.
  • Go-to-Market Impact
  • Lead innovative campaigns that challenge industry norms and help Tuum stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Drive a modern demand generation function across multiple channels, leveraging the latest technology. Build out our account-based marketing and ensure execution from campaign to MQL handover.
  • Partner with sales to build campaigns that support our Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Work with our partner sales team to reach partner organisations and foster collaboration.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Own Tuum’s brand, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage thought leadership, PR, events, and social presence to grow Tuum’s reputation.
  • Ensure consistency across digital platforms, including website, content, and collateral.
  • Measurement & Optimisation
  • Define KPIs for marketing success (pipeline contribution, brand awareness, campaign ROI, etc.).
  • Build reporting frameworks to track impact, optimise spend, and drive continuous improvement.

Our expectations

  • Have experience in a senior marketing role within B2B software, ideally SaaS or fintech.
  • Have successfully hired and managed marketing professionals before.
  • Keep in touch with the creative and technological marketing approaches in B2B.
  • Managed demand generation, digital marketing, and content-led growth in previous roles.
  • You are a creative communicator and can convey the importance of our product to our customers and the market.
  • Enjoy building a team and a function, and you can explain your choices internally with confidence.
  • You are a creative thinker who isn’t afraid to innovate and experiment: you do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.
