Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based, consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing & Content Manager who can turn complex technology into clear, engaging stories. You’ll work closely with our product team to understand new features and translate them into value propositions that resonate with our target audience.
Your writing will help define how Tuum is perceived; from website and blog content to white papers, webinars, customer stories, and campaign messaging. You’ll bring a strong understanding of B2B audiences, a curiosity for our product, and a knack for writing content that informs and inspires.
This is a role for someone who enjoys learning, writing, and collaborating across teams — and who wants to shape how an ambitious fintech tells its story.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand Tuum’s platform, roadmap, and differentiators.
- Translate technical information into clear, benefit-driven messaging for external audiences.
- Create a wide range of content: website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, sales collateral, and webinar materials.
- Support go-to-market launches with messaging, positioning, and collateral.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content supports demand generation goals.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging framework across all channels.
- Interview subject matter experts, customers, and partners to produce authentic, credible content.
- Monitor market trends and competitor messaging to keep Tuum’s narrative current and differentiated.
Our expectations
- 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly.
- Experience creating long-form B2B content such as white papers, guides, or case studies.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning product details quickly.
- Understanding of SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software markets is a plus.
- Collaborative, organised, and proactive: you enjoy connecting dots between teams.
- Native-level English writing ability.
