Your job:
As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for talented and multilingual interns to join our team as Customer Care Trainees.
Please note that this is a Belgian BA/MA school internship and that you need to be enrolled in a local school allowing unpaid internships, The internship is normally for 3 months minimum (from July 2025) , full-time, and the candidates need to be ready to come to Brussels to work in our offices 2-3 days/week.
As a Customer Care Trainee, you'll play a vital role in handling customer requests and admin tasks for our end customers.
This trainee-level position involves a complete training on Customer Care activities, communication in multiple languages, an analytical approach, and the chance to develop customer service and insurance skills.
By joining our team, you will
· Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as:
· Follow-up on payments
· Prepare, print, and send postal mail.
· Managing contracts (amends, renew, cancellations)
· CRM management (updating customer database)
· Logging and acknowledging complaints
· Handle customer requests via chat, mail and phone
· Understand and summarise the customer’s request.
· Advise customers on the procedures they will have to follow.
· Translate insurance language to customer language (internal training will be provided)
Your Profile :
· You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other).
· You are studying translation, law, or business and administration.
· You are self-motivated, open-minded, curious, and flexible, with a "can do" attitude
