About Qover
We are Qover, a leading insurtech scale-up that has raised $100 million. With an international team of 150+ colleagues based in Brussels and beyond, we help companies orchestrate digital embedded insurance experiences – creating meaningful connections with their community and enabling their success.
Since Qover was founded in 2016, our co-founders have had a clear vision of the future of insurance: it must be simple, transparent and accessible across borders. Our platform protects 15M+ users across 32 European countries and works with longstanding partners
The team
Qover's Sales team owns the commercial relationships that define how we grow. We work with enterprise companies across financial services, mobility, insurance and beyond – helping them embed insurance into their products in a way that actually works for their customers.
We're a small team working on genuinely complex deals. That means long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and solutions that have to be built around each partner's specific context. It also means the work is substantive, and the impact of winning the right deal is real.
As an Account Executive, you will
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Qover's core markets – combining outbound outreach, inbound qualification and work generated through existing relationships
- Run the full commercial process on your deals, from first conversation through to signed contract: discovery, structuring the business case, building the proposal, managing stakeholders and negotiating terms
- Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts alongside new business, identifying where there's room to grow and driving that growth through a structured account plan
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Legal, Product and Operations to build credible, tailored proposals for complex prospects
- Develop a genuine understanding of each prospect's business before you pitch – their model, their distribution, their strategy, and where an embedded insurance programme fits into it
- Keep HubSpot updated accurately and consistently: every interaction logged, every deal stage current, every stakeholder mapped
- Contribute to Qover's view of the market: what's moving, who's buying, where we win and where we don't
Who you are
- You have 1–3 years in management consulting, strategy consulting or a similarly structured analytical environment, and you're ready to own outcomes rather than advise on them
- You know how to build a business case and present it to a senior audience – you've done it many times, and you're comfortable doing it in a commercial context
- You're a structured thinker who approaches a new problem methodically: define the context, understand the stakeholders, build the argument, get to a recommendation
- You communicate clearly and confidently – in writing, in person and in a room where you're not the most senior person
- You're commercially curious and genuinely interested in how enterprise companies make decisions, not just what the right answer is on paper
- You're motivated by accountability. You want a target, you want to own it and you want to hit it
- You learn quickly and don't need to know everything before you start – you ask good questions and apply what you find out
We'd be really excited if you have
- Experience in or around insurance, embedded finance, fintech or financial services – whether through consulting engagements, research or a previous role
- Done go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence or market entry work in a consulting context
- Additional European languages, particularly French, Dutch, German or Spanish
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
